Our Work

Real Implementations. Real Manufacturing Operations.

Three documented projects — the problem that existed, what we built, and what changed on the plant floor.

Arrow Engineering

Connecting the Plant Floor to the Finance Office

The Situation

Arrow Engineering had grown to a mid-sized manufacturing operation while still running procurement, production, and accounts on separate systems and spreadsheets. Data reconciliation took days. Month-end close was a painful manual process.

What We Implemented
  • Unified ERP connecting purchase orders, production, dispatch, and accounts payable
  • Automated month-end reconciliation across all departments
  • Real-time inventory valuation at every stock point
  • Finance team access to live production and dispatch data without manual reporting
What Changed

We implemented an integrated ERP that connected purchase orders, production planning, dispatch, and accounts payable into a single system. Production and finance now share the same data in real time.

Copper Manufacturing Facility

Shift-Level Production Data, Available Instantly

The Situation

A copper wire manufacturing plant was capturing production data by hand. Shift reports were compiled manually and reviewed the next morning. Machine downtime went unrecorded. There was no visibility into shift-on-shift efficiency trends.

What We Implemented
  • Production monitoring system capturing rod output and machine status per shift
  • Automated shift reports generated at end of each shift — no manual compilation
  • Machine downtime logging with real-time alerts
  • Historical production analytics dashboard for shift-on-shift comparison
What Changed

We deployed a production monitoring system capturing rod output, machine status, and quality holds per shift. Shift reports are generated automatically at shift end. Management now reviews the same day's production before leaving for the evening.

Operations Dashboard
Multi-Plant Manufacturer

One Management View Across Multiple Production Units

The Situation

A manufacturer operating across two production facilities had no single management view. Production status, inventory levels, and dispatch progress for each plant came through phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

What We Implemented
  • Cross-plant operations dashboard consolidating production and dispatch from both facilities
  • Real-time inventory levels visible to management across both plants
  • Mobile-accessible view for management reviews away from the plant
  • Eliminated daily status calls — all data available instantly, on demand
What Changed

We designed and built a cross-plant operations dashboard giving management a consolidated view of daily production, inventory levels, and dispatch status across both facilities. Available on desktop and mobile.
